CookalongS

These cookalongs were brought to you by three cohorts of English language and cooking projects called Open Kitchens which happened throughout the COVID 19 lockdowns in 2020 and 2021.

Funded by Lottery Community Fund and Forever Manchester, twelve learners attended Open Kitchens where they developed their English language communication skills through planning, preparing and delivering their very own cookalongs to the general public via zoom and YouTube livestream! Here are the videos if you wish to recreate their delicious recipes.

The full written recipes of these dishes  feature in our upcoming fundraising cookbook, which we need your help in publishing.

If you are an organisation or group wishing to hire us for a workshop, please visit our Hire Us page.
